Description

New customer on-boarding

➢ Customer follow-up activities

Managing personal & confidential client and company information

➢ Answering and placing calls to customers and internal company representatives

Completing service-related activities, to include, but not limited to policy changes, taking payments, policy re-writes, claim submissions and follow-ups, billing explanations, etc.

Providing clear policy coverage explanations to customers

Completing required license continuing education and State Farm annual course work on time

Requirement

Minimum 1 to 2 years of customer service experience

Skilled in using Microsoft Edge and able to quickly learn internal software programs.

Excellent communication skills, to include written, verbal and listening skills

Knowledgeable about working with the various social media outlets
