Career Tip of the Day

Behavior
Imagine a person trying to fit through a narrow passage carrying an armload of luggage. To make it through will require a choice to leave it behind or to stay outside. That’s a picture of you with all your past emotional and mental baggage. You can’t carry your sinful behavior, bad habits, wounds, resentments and offenses into the Kingdom. If you’ve been hanging onto something other than what God has for you, let it go. Invite Jesus into your heart to heal your broken places so you can go forward. Then you will be ready to receive new blessings from God. Those who decide to travel this path are glad they did, for this is where abundant life is found.
WORDS OF LIFE:
- I am willing to let go of anything that would prevent me from traveling on the way of Life.
- By faith I believe that I am one of the few who will go through the narrow gate to the fullness of God’s blessing.
- I don’t follow the ways of this world for I know they lead to destruction.
Word of the Day
Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and spacious and broad is the way that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering through it. But the gate is narrow (contracted by pressure) and the way is straitened and compressed that leads away to life, and few are those who find it.
Matthew 7:13-14
