Job Description

This is a full-time, salary position working out of HOUSTON, TEXAS. This is a challenging opportunity for a self-motivated and determined individual who desires to work for a fast-paced, hands-on, growing construction company.

 

 

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

+ Manage personnel

 

 

 

 

+ Coordinate Subcontractors

 

 

 

 

+ Conduct safety meetings

 

 

 

 

+ Process and review shop drawings

 

 

 

 

+ Survey construction jobsite

 

 

 

 

+ Work with project scheduling system

 

 

 

 

+ Provide skills training for labor force

 

 

 

 

+ Track, audit, and project labor

 

 

 

 

+ Field inspection of completed work

 

 

 

 

+ Complete daily and periodic report updates

 

 

 

 

+ Purchase materials

 

 

 

 

+ Schedule work

 

 

 

 

+ Update as-built documents

 

 

 

 

+ Oversee jobsite safety
